Established as a property maintenance company in 2010, Prestige has grown to become a successful Sub Contractor covering London and Surrey. What began as a small family business focusing on the upkeep of residential properties has blossomed into a thriving business renowned for its commitment to excellence, reliability, and innovation in the construction industry. We have an impressive client portfolio which consists of local housing authorities, councils and main contractors. Meet the team
Lauren - Managing Director
Lauren has been Director of Prestige for a few years now, taking over full shares at the beginning of 2022. Since doing so the business has grown from strength to strength and we have built some great rapports and connections with local trades and customers.
Lauren has had experience in customer facing roles that means she is very personable with customers and clients.
George - Void Supervisor
George has worked for Prestige since 2012 and is a very valued member of the team. He has multiple years of experience in social housing, plumbing and multi trade work.
George goes above and beyond and is always going out of his ways to help others.
Starting off for Prestige on the tools, George is now a Senior Supervisor and helps see jobs progress, assists where needed and builds rapports with clients.
Ali - Office Manager
Ali is our behind the scenes person and is who makes the wheels turn. She is a fundamental part of the team and is very heavily relied on.
Ali has come from working in sales in beauty - a complete change of industry for her. Coming from a female dominant industry to a male one she always says 'men are hard work'.
Jake - Void Supervisor
Jake is the baby of the company. Don't let this deter you though, he is probably the most keen, sensible and pro active of them all! Jake has come from working on building sites and has a lot of knowledge and experience from this. Jake works as a team of 2 with his brother.
Liam - Void contractor
Liam is a void contractor/multi trader and one of the longest standing members of the team having worked for Prestige since he left school 12 years ago. Carpenter by trade Liam is very well experienced in social housing, multi trade work (he can do a bit of everything!) and has all the H&S certifications you could think of.
Dave & Sam - Void contractors
Dave works alongside his Son Sam and they have worked for Prestige for years. They have been very loyal and are an asset to Prestige. No job to big and no job to small. They crack on and we hardly hear from them.
Nick & Ben - Void contractors
Nick & Ben are another team of 2 who worked with us in previous years doing a Kitchen & bathroom programme. Their expertise and work is priceless.
Darren - Void Contractor
Darren is another valued member of the team. He is a plumber by trade and has experience in Wet Room installations. He has worked with us for approximately a year and his work is brilliant.
Mark - Void contractor
Mark is a recent member of the team but we quickly realised his work is of very high standard. He works quick and to a high quality and has a lot of experience.
